Yoga Nidra translates to ‘yogic sleep' and 1 hour is said to be the equivalent of 3 hours sleep.

Expect subtle music, candlelight, soft scent and organic hot cacao to finish. A warm and cosy space where you will leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and peaceful.

We'll do a little gentle movement, some calming breath work and then a totally restorative guided relaxation linked to the season. You may experience a beautiful state of calm awareness, somewhere between deep sleep and being fully awake!
