How do I book?

Bookings can be made through our online booking system here.

What types of sessions and classes do you offer?

Please note, you must be over 18 to book a sauna session.

  • Private sauna session (up to 4 people)

Enjoy recharging and socialising in a healthy way with friends or family, in your own private session. Alice will welcome you to the garden sanctuary and then be on hand in the office if you have any questions during your session.

  • Yoga, meditation and movement sessions, retreats, workshops and courses.

Small group and private sessions. Please email to enquire if you have an idea for a private day retreat.

  • 1:1 health coaching sessions

Private in-person or online movement coaching programmes can be booked by either emailing Alice here or booking a free 20 minute chat to discuss your needs here.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please note that all bookings other than private 1:1’s are final with no refunds or change of date or time, so please make sure your order is correct before you buy.

This policy is to ensure that our small business can be sustainable.

You can however transfer your ticket for some bookings to another person if you’re unable to make your session. See below for details.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Yes. If you have booked a sauna and plunge session, Yoga Nidra class or workshop but are unable to attend, someone else can attend in your place. They will also need to fill out a waiver form on arrival.

All other 1:1 sessions and courses are not transferable.

How much do sessions and classes cost?
