Chronic pain coaching.
Imagine feeling supported as you reset your health and recover from chronic symptoms.
Chronic pain isn’t always caused by damage. It’s often a learned protective response generated by the brain.
Modern neuroscience shows that when this is addressed directly, chronic pain can be fully resolved - not just managed.
Even if you’ve been told this ”there is no cure,” recovery from chronic symptoms is possible.
I work as part of the international coaching team at YourBreakAwake. As your guide and mentor, I use a structured, neuroscience-based approach to help retrain the brain and nervous system out of pain.
The process is actually very simple, but not always easy! Which is why having support and compassion from an expertly trained coach who has themselves recovered, can make all the difference.
I would love to work with you as you discover how good your body and mind can feel once you focus on them with intention, compassion and a clear plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Chronic pain is real pain. And all pain is created by the brain. This approach explains why pain continues and how to change the underlying process.
-
Many people do. Pain science shows that scans and diagnoses don’t always correlate with pain levels. This work doesn’t deny medical findings - it works with how the nervous system responds to them.
-
No. This is a structured, neuroscience-based process that works directly with the nervous system and learned pain pathways. Understanding matters, and so does practice.
-
There’s no single timeline. Some people notice shifts quickly; for others it’s more gradual. The focus is not rushing, but creating the foundations for lasting change.
-
Because the process is simple, but not always easy. Having a guide who understands the science and has walked the path themselves can make the work feel safer, clearer, and more effective.

Collaborative, warm and effective. I’m here to guide you on this part of your journey, mirror back what I’m hearing and helping illuminate the path forwards.
This is for you if:
You’re not willing to accept that this is “you” for life.
You’ve been told your tests are “normal”, yet your symptoms are very real and negatively affecting your life.
You suspect or know you are neurodivergent and wonder what role this plays in your symptoms.
You long to see your body as your friend rather than your enemy.
You’re tired of being advised to manage, cope, or pace forever, and sense there must be another way.
You have difficulty relaxing and sometimes feel anxious or that you’re constantly running on adrenaline.
You’ve had an injury or surgery but are still experiencing pain several months or years later.
You recognise that your symptoms may be coming from a nervous system stuck in protection, rather than ongoing damage.
You’ve had enough of endless information and want to follow a clear, structured process with guidance.
You’re ready to approach recovery with curiosity and self-compassion, even when it feels unfamiliar or challenging.
