At Songbird Sanctuary, our monthly yoga nidra evenings, seasonal sauna retreats and wellbeing events feel relaxed, easeful and spacious.

You don't need to be flexible, fit or experienced. Just come along with a little curiosity and a willingness to step off the hamster wheel for a while!

We provide all you’ll need - yoga mats, blankets & eye pillows and sessions typically last from 75 minutes right up to half day retreats.

    A regular, magical monthly gathering focused on deep healing rest, relaxation and nervous system recovery.

    Yoga Nidra translates to ‘yogic sleep and 1 hour is said to be the equivalent of 3 hours sleep.

    Expect subtle music, candlelight, soft scent and organic hot cacao to finish. A warm and cosy space where you will leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and peaceful.

    We’ll do a little gentle movement, calming pranayama breathing and a totally restorative guided relaxation.

    You may experience a beautiful state of calm awareness, somewhere between deep sleep and being fully awake!

    These small-group private retreats for you if you'd love a sociable sensory experience with seasonal elements and 2 hours exclusive use of the whole Sanctuary.

    Perfect for a healthy alternative birthday, annual celebration or meaningful gathering with friends, family or colleagues.
