Book exclusive use of the Sanctuary for 2 hours of wellness in nature

This is for you if you'd love a longer, relaxing sensory experience and is perfect for a healthy alternative birthday, special celebration or gathering with friends, family or colleagues.

The atmospheric Sanctuary space is yours to enjoy exclusively, with added extras to make it feel truly special.

With candlelight softly flickering, the sauna humming with seasonal scents, cold plunge sparkling and fresh air cooling your skin between rounds of heat and cold.

You might choose to lie down and unwind listening to a soothing soundscape in the yoga studio, resting under blankets. Or, if it’s dry outside, sip a drink and enjoy home made, sweet treats around the crackling fire pit or lounging on the sun beds, creating memories with the important people in your life.

For longer sessions or special requests, we may be able to accommodate and pricing can discussed on request.

    Our traditional Finnish sauna is a cocooning, warming space to ease aches and pains, detoxify and improve heart health and immunity.

    We hand built our filtered cold plunge (also known as an ice bath) from a huge brandy container.

    Cold water immersion is a super effective way to increase your energy, mood and metabolism.

    A great way to cool off if you don't fancy the cold plunge.

    Homemade bakes, cakes & fresh teas

    Enjoy healthy, Ayurvedic cakes and sweet treats alongside seasonal, fresh herbal iced or hot tea depending on the weather!

  • Fresh herbs for ice balls

    Aromatherapy fresh herbs

    Enjoy ice balls infused with fresh herbs for the sauna heater. These deliciously scented balls melt slowly and create the löyly (steam) that is an essential part of sauna culture.

    Expect mint, thyme or rosemary all from the garden.

We have some parking in our driveway but encourage you to consider parking at Oakwood Clock carpark (3 minute walk), lift sharing, walking or taking public transport, as we are in a residential area with narrow streets.

    “I have never been a fan of the cold water phenomenon but my mind has been officially changed. Having got so hot in the sauna it was actually refreshing and quite bearable at 9 degrees. I may have only lasted a minute but the effects hit me immediately. A gorgeous tingling all over body feeling and mind clarity. Just enough time left to dry off back in the gorgeous yoga studio where we were served Fresh Thyme Tea and home made peanut butter cookies and protein balls.”
