What kind of people do you work with?

I work mostly with women - usually in their late 40s to late 70s. My clients are often positive, motivated, curious and proactive people!

Many clients have some physical pain, a chronic condition or other good reason to invest in their health for their long-term happiness and independence.

I have worked with people with MS, Parkinsons and Alzheimers, hip and knee replacements, Long Covid, balance issues, osteoporosis, arthritis, plantar fasciitis and more.

How fit do I need to be to work with you?

My private sessions are completely tailored to your specific needs. Generally some movement is always better than none but, if you are unsure whether or not working together would benefit you, please speak with your doctor for advice.

How does your coaching work?

Once we have spoken on the phone, you can decide if you’d like to book in for a 60 minute Full Body Movement Assessment. This can be a standalone session for us both to see if we’d like to work together with no obligation for you to book further sessions. You’ll find out exactly what areas to focus on to increase your health span and vitality.

You may then like to book an initial 4 session series and I will use this assessment as the basis for your tailored programme.

Many clients then choose to carry on working together for tailored support and motivation at a regular frequency that suits their schedule.

Where are you located?

My studio is based in North Leeds in Yorkshire, UK. I see local clients here and also teach online via Zoom to clients around the world.
