What kind of people do you work with?

I work mostly with women - usually in their late 40s to late 70s. My clients are often positive, motivated, curious and proactive people!

Many clients have some physical pain, a chronic condition or other good reason to invest in their health for their long-term happiness and independence.

I have worked with people with MS, Parkinsons and Alzheimers, hip and knee replacements, Long Covid, balance issues, osteoporosis, arthritis, plantar fasciitis and more.

How fit do I need to be to work with you?

My private sessions are completely tailored to your specific needs. Generally some movement is always better than none but, if you are unsure whether or not working together would benefit you, please speak with your doctor for advice.

How do the Programmes work?

Once we have decided which is the right option for you and you have signed up to a 4, 6 or 8 session Programme you’ll fill in an online questionnaire. In your first session we look at the way you currently move, breathe and feel, using gentle exercises and talking. We then identify your specific needs and goals. Each subsequent session builds towards these through awareness, learning new skills and repetition as you increase your confidence and ability to move well in daily life and feel more balanced emotionally and physically.

What happens when I get to the end of my Programme?

Once your programme has finished and if you’d like to carry on having tailored support and motivation, we’ll review and decide if you wish to renew with another program or move to a monthly package to continue your health journey together.

How long do I have to complete my Programme bundle?

We can decide the best frequency for sessions at your initial consultation. I like to be flexible to accommodate life, commitments and holidays and also know that a regular commitment leads to the most powerful and long-lasting change. Based on your goals and what you need to stay motivated, you’ll have a regular slot and each session booked and in the diary.

Where are you located?

My studio is based in North Leeds in Yorkshire, UK. I see local clients here and also teach online via Zoom to clients around the world.
