  • Once we’ve spoken on the phone you can book in for a Health Intake Assessment.

    Here we’ll take a thorough look at your current state of health, including any chronic symptoms or issues, your overall strength, mobility, balance, breathing, stress and sleep.

    You’ll leave knowing exactly which areas to focus on for lasting vitality.

    There is no obligation to continue after this session.

  • Start with a 4-session package, either online or in-person in my garden studio.

    From there, you can continue with regular sessions if you’d like ongoing accountability, guidance and support.

  • If we continue working together as part of your journey to renewed health, each session is tailored specifically to you, and designed to feel empowering and impactful.

    I offer the chance to book month by month and all of my current clients have been with me for over 5 years.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been told you have a chronic health condition such as long covid, ME, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue, or osteoporosis and you’re now unsure of what movement you can or should be doing.

  • You’d like to be taught proper technique for all sorts of everyday movements like squatting, lifting, bending and breathing.

  • You’re not as active as you like and, over time, this has led to more obvious aches, pains or stiffening.

Often our bodies can do way more than we think, but our lack of confidence stops us trying things. I’ve seen clients’ faces light up when they realise something they thought would be impossible or painful actually came quite easily once they’d learnt a technique that worked for them.
