In our tucked away garden you’ll step into a space that feels tranquil and atmospheric.
Nestled under the cherry trees is a beautifully immersive wellness space surrounded by nature. So much love has gone in to creating a true sanctuary where you can easily let stress drop away, take a break from overthinking and busyness or simply re-group and reset.
We offer 2 types of private sauna sessions for groups of up to 6, with exclusive use of the Sanctuary and all facilities.
Perfect for a healthy alternative birthday, special celebration or a long-overdue gathering with friends, family or colleagues.
We also offer monthly, drop-in classes combining yoga, breath work or meditation with sauna & cold plunge.

A wholesome way to share quality time with friends or family - without tech or distraction - and leave feeling lighter, more energised and reconnected.You can enjoy 75 minutes exclusive use of our private sanctuary for up to 6 people.
Simply decide on your preferred day and time and email to check availability. Weekdays and weekends both an option.
Your time includes exclusive use of the warmly scented sauna, energising cold plunge, outdoor shower and relaxation areas, all nestled within our peaceful garden.
Add in refreshing cucumber-infused water and all the fresh air you could want!
Feel the healing, therapeutic heat melt away tension while aromatherapy oils create beautifully scented loyly (steam) from the heater.
You might also discover bravery and a love of icy water you didn’t know you had with the endorphin-enhancing cold plunge or shower.
A few rounds of heat and cold will boost your mood and metabolism for hours to come.

Book a private 2 hour seasonal sauna retreat for up to 6 people with exclusive use of the atmospheric garden Sanctuary and all facilities.
With candlelight softly flickering, the sauna humming seasonal scents, cold plunge sparkling and fresh air cooling your skin between rounds of heat and cold.
You might choose to unwind into a deeply restorative audio relaxation in the cosy studio, snuggled under blankets. Or, if it’s dry outside, sip a warm drink and enjoy freshly made,sweet treats around the crackling fire pit, creating memories with your loved ones.

We have some parking in our driveway but encourage you to consider parking at Oakwood Clock carpark (3 minute walk), lift sharing, walking or taking public transport, as we are in a residential area with narrow streets.
