75 minutes exclusive use of the Finnish sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and relaxation area, all nestled within a tranquil garden setting in Oakwood, Leeds 8.
The Private Sauna Ritual can be arranged on a day and time that works for you.
For longer sessions or special requests, we may be able to accommodate and pricing can discussed on request.

Our traditional Finnish sauna is a cocooning, warming space to ease aches and pains, detoxify and improve heart health and immunity.

Cold plunge
We hand built our filtered cold plunge (also known as an ice bath) from a huge brandy container.
Cold water immersion is a super effective way to increase your energy, mood and metabolism.

Outdoor shower
A refreshingly cold outdoor shower under the cherry tree.
A great way to cool off if you don't fancy the cold plunge.

Enjoy relaxing in the lush and established garden, surrounded by trees and birdsong.

We have some parking in our driveway but encourage you to consider parking at Oakwood Clock carpark (3 minute walk), lift sharing, walking or taking public transport, as we are in a residential area with narrow streets.
